Partial Payments on myEssex

Utilities bills for the Town of Essex can be paid in full or in part on myEssex. Log in to your profile (see Create a Profile on myEssex) and follow the steps below to make a partial payment: 

1. Click Explore Service

2. Select the bill you wish to pay

3. Click the edit icon next to the selected line item to update your payment amount then click Pay Bill

4. Select a payment method, select a "Payment Date", then click the blue Pay $--.-- button to complete your payment

After completing your payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you are signed into your myEssex profile, a receipt will also be stored in the "Payment History" section of your profile (see Find a Receipt on myEssex).
